Orders

1. Orders can be made by the online shopping cart, through phone, or email. You may also visit any of our outlets to cash-and-carry or place orders for home deliveries.

2. Prices are in SGD currency, inclusive of 9% GST ( Goods & Services Tax ).

3. For overseas buyers, the published prices are the product prices. However, overseas buyers may have to bear all additional costs/surcharges applicable in their own countries, i.e. freight charges, import duties, etc.

4. Prices quoted are primarily meant for this online store. Pricing policies may differ in our physical stores.

Payment


5. For self collection at our offline store, we accept CASH, PAYNOW, NETS, VISA, MASTERCARD, GRABPAY and DIRECT FUNDS TRANSFER.

6. Electronic Fund Transfer can also be done to our company DBS bank account:

7. ATM  transfer:

              *  Take a picture of ATM receipt and Whatsapp / Message to 9451 8354

9. For all electronic and cheque payments, goods will only be released upon bank clearance.

10. For telegraphic funds transfer, bank charge is to be borne by customers.


Delivery

11. We provide local and worldwide shipping from our warehouse. 

12. We provide local & worldwide delivery. For overseas bulk delivery, kindly send us your enquiry for us to check the best freight charges. We are able to send to your preferred local freight forwarder too. 

 13. Orders can usually be delivered within 1-4 working days in Singapore at S$4.99 and up to 4 weeks worldwide (Delivery fee varies), subjected to stocks availability.
 

Home Demonstration

14. Home demonstration of products can be conducted by our friendly delivery teams, with the following conditions:

A. Only by appointment with our sales staff
B. Limited to items that;

i:  Are portable
ii. Are non-customized
iii. Do not require complicated operations
iiii. Are bought from us with proof of purchase

C. The standard delivery policies apply when the item is purchased


Repair, Servicing & Warranty

15. All items except disposables and hygiene products come with 2 weeks warranty against manufacturer' defects. We offer a one-to-one exchange at our store.

16. Loan Unit - Out of goodwill, we offer a loan unit for use (if available) while the purchased unit is under repair. However, the loan unit is not under warranty, and when it becomes faulty while in use, the customer will need to send it back to us for exchange of another loan unit (if available).

17. To enable quick identification of faults and parts, we strongly recommend that you send by Whatsapp pictures and video showing the defects in details.

 

Return of Goods

18. Goods sold can only be returned strictly upon our company's discretion. A re-stocking fee of between 10-30%, plus transport fees and GST (if applicable) of the purchase price may be charged.  

19. Defective goods are to be sent back to us for exchange within 3 days. Customers will have to bear the freight cost for the return.

Refund

20. Goods sold are non-refundable except in the event of the faulty item received and it must be returned within 3 days. A full refund of monies will be made via electronic fund transfer within seven days after an order has been cancelled and goods returned.

21. We make continual efforts to improve product quality and reserve the rights to change product specifications without prior notice.
